The 15th BFDG Production Design Awards

Outstanding Contribution to the Art Department Award

For this award we will be honouring BFDG Members of any level (other than HoD) within the Art Department.

Please fill in this form with the details of the person you would like to put forward as a candidate for this year’s Outstanding Contribution to the Art Department Award.

This award’s intention is to highlight individuals who have been deemed by their peers to have demonstrated that they have had a positive impact on colleagues or the Art Department in general. It could be through their craft skill or talent, mentorship of a colleague, or perhaps their kindness and support of others.

Both BFDG members and non-members can be nominated in this category.

When writing your nomination statement please reference the following points:

- - - - The type of positive impact (i.e. talent, creativity, craftsmanship, mentorship, innovation, above & beyond act, etc)
        
        The situation in which this was demonstrated
        
        How this was demonstrated
        
        Why this sets them apart from others and makes their contribution ‘outstanding’
        
        The positive impact it had on colleagues, the Art Department or project

It is possible to submit more than one candidate by completing separate forms for each one.

Entries will close at 5pm on the 8th October 2025.

Judging for this award will be made by the BFDG committee.

The winner will be announced at the 15th BFDG Production Design Awards on 28th February 2026.
