Asset Submission

Below you will find a step by step guide which will take you through the simple process of uploading the assets to support your entry.

Please ensure that each asset is submitted in the correct format – full details are below.

Before submitting these assets please make sure you have gained the relevant permissions from the owners of the material.

Deadline for submission of Assets to support Planet Positive entries is midnight 11 January 2026

PLEASE NOTE – When submitting your assets you will be asked for a Still, Artwork, Trailer link and a Design Presentation. You must only submit these assets.

Stills & Artwork:  It is acceptable to submit a Still (JPG or PNG) made up of more than one image and Artwork (JPG or PNG) made up of more than one image. Please bear in mind that these images will be viewed online and montages of several smaller images may be more difficult for voters to see.

Design Presentation: The presentation should be made up of up to 10 images plus an additional page with a written statement. Scroll down for detailed information.

Prepare Your Assets

Still Image

This image should best represent your work on the production you are submitting. 

Your image should be landscape: 1920px width by 1080px height. (And no smaller than 1024px x 768px.)

File size no larger than 5MB.
Formatted as either JPG or PNG.

Please name the file
Production-Name-Still.jpg

Artwork

The artwork can be either a set drawing, concept drawing or graphic.

Your image should be landscape:  1920px width by 1080px height. (And no smaller than 1024px x 768px.)

File size no larger than 5MB.
Formatted as either JPG or PNG.

This 1 image can be made up of more than 1 piece of artwork

Please name the file
Production-Name-Artwork.jpg

Trailer

YouTube or Vimeo Link are both acceptable. Please check the full Awards criteria for information on correct Vimeo settings.

Presentation

Please submit the presentation as a PDF file no bigger than 30MB in an A4 landscape format consisting of no more than 10 images (we suggest using either Keynote or Power Point). It should also include a supporting statement of up to 500 words. The supporting statement is required to be written by the Production Designer (if a returning series, detail the original work), include the budget or budget band. As a guide: Detail the brief given and how it was achieved, detail what the challenges were, how these were approached, and to what effect. Please name the file: Production-Name-Presentation.pdf

1. Submit Still Image*

An image that best represents your work on the production you are submitting.

2. Submit Artwork*

A piece of artwork from the production you are submitting. This can be either be a set drawing, concept drawing or graphic.

Formatted as either JPG or PNG.
Please make sure it is no more than 5MB.
Please label the file with the name of the production and the word ARTWORK.

3. Submit Supporting Presentation*

Submit a PDF presentation and statement to support your entry.

Your presentation should be a PDF file no bigger than 30MB, A4 landscape format, consisting of 10 pages/images (we suggest using either Keynote or PowerPoint) plus 1 page of the supporting statement*.

Please label the file with the name of the production and the word PRESENTATION.
